Does your association have a document retention policy? Are you complying with the new federal rules governing document retention? The new rules governing electronic discovery have likely made it more expensive (and more burdensome) for associations. The simplest and best way for associations to reduce these costs is to adopt (and follow) a document retention policy. This program will discuss the steps to create a document retention policy, and will feature AEs who, with a record retention policy in place, have successfully handled a document subpoena.
