However, not every association has the financial wherewithal to hire outside speakers and consultants, and implement a program designed to develop leaders. But with a little PhD (persistence, homework, and desire), you can create your own program – tailored to meet your association's unique needs. This session will provide the framework and basic concepts to develop and train current and aspiring volunteer and staff leaders.
