The Hurricanes of 2005 directly impacted the Gulf Coast, but every part of our country is faced with risks from natural disasters. Has the country learned from the tragedy in New Orleans? Speakers will discuss the current status of recovery operations in the Gulf Coast, changes to the national disaster response plan, and how this disaster has affected land use planning and economic development in the Gulf Coast. We have teamed up with the REALTORS® Land Institute to develop this forum along with the Land Issues Field Trip. Purchase tickets for the Field Trip prior to October 11th.
