Depending on your previous knowledge, this class can be an excellent primer or an excellent review of how to reconcile income and expense of property operations and verify the accuracy of seller representations of these items. We will also solve real estate TVM story problem calculations for compounding and discounting on the financial calculator. We will learn how to solve for a desired purchase or selling price using capitalization techniques and mortgage constants. |
