There is a plethora of leadership material available to AEs, but too often it is difficult to make it relevant to the association world. This program will introduce AEs to current leadership theories in a memorable way…seeing it dramatized in real-life situations in everyone's favorite hometown: Mayberry, NC. Sheriff Taylor and the rest of the Mayberry gang provide excellent examples of transactional, transformational, and charismatic leadership. And Sheriff Taylor is the quintessential role model for "servant leadership." AEs of all levels will see the parallels between the folks of Mayberry and their own associations.
